AQA: Answer the Question Asked
Seven small steps that unpack a STAAR-style prompt on a short passage, ending in one sentence that answers the question asked: the central idea, controlling idea, or thesis statement for the grade band you pick. A prompt meter shows students what is still missing. You get back each student's keywords, definitions, question, T-chart, final sentence, the on-prompt check and the score.
