Spelling support
Five ways to practice the words Texas essays misspell most, always inside a real ECR sentence: hear it and spell it, letter tiles, fix the essay, missing letters, and a ten-word test. Words a student misses go on a personal practice list. You get back every round: the words, first-try accuracy and the misses.
Typing practice
Short lessons from the home row to a whole four-paragraph ECR, typed on the passages students already know. A color-zoned keyboard and a pair of hands show which finger goes where, accuracy is the headline stat and speed is only a note.
